After ordering, you’ll receive a short form by email.
It takes around 1–2 minutes to complete with your details.
Our design team creates your map and sends a preview.
We only print once you approve it.

Is this auto-generated or template-based?

No — every map is individually designed.

You simply provide the date and location.
Our design team researches the exact place and time, including:

• Accurate geographic coordinates
• Notable local landmarks and surroundings
• Relevant historical and environmental context

We then carefully refine the layout, typography and colour balance by hand.

Each piece is manually reviewed before printing,
so it feels considered and personal — never pre-made.

How long does it take?

• Preview: 1–3 working days
• Free revisions available after preview
• Production begins after approval
• Delivery: 5–10 working days (UK & EU)

Can I request changes?

Can I cancel or get a refund?

As each piece is personalised, refunds aren’t available once printing has started.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error on our side, we’ll replace or fix it promptly.
