👉 We will begin production and shipping only after you approve the final design.

We pour hours of handcrafted work into every personalized map. Because each piece is uniquely tailored, we do not offer refunds once the illustration process has started. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Here’s how we handle revisions, issues, and special cases:

✔ Revisions – You get free edits
After receiving your initial illustration, you’ll have up to 10 days to request changes. We offer free revisions within that timeframe to make sure your map feels just right. To request adjustments, just email us at storybound.service@gmail.com and WhatsApp:+1  2132652351with your order number and clear instructions.

📦 Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your printed order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include: a photo of the damaged product, a photo of the packaging it arrived in, a photo of the shipping label, and a short description of the issue. We’ll assess the case and send a replacement if applicable.

⏳ Late or missing packages
Haven’t received your order after the estimated delivery window? Email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. While we can’t control postal delays, we do everything we can to ensure safe and timely delivery.

📥 Changes before illustration starts
If you need to make changes to your order before we begin illustrating (like correcting names, places, or details), please let us know within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may already be working on your custom design.

Custom pieces are made-to-order and not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect. That’s why it’s so important to check your inputs before confirming your order.
